A-frame Bookcase Display Unit

This piece is made from solid American walnut and can be customised to be made from alternative wood species. It is a two tiered free standing shelving unit, perfect for books and also an elegant display for ornaments and plants. The simplicity of the design makes this a versatile unit which can be used almost anywhere in the home. 

The design features a subtle taper in the A-frame legs, and a chamfer on the front edge of the shelves, contributing to an overall delicate appearance. A lip at the rear of the shelves, enable books to be slid to the back without fear of falling off backwards. 

A dado joint is used to securely fit the shelves into the legs, providing a solid construction which will last a lifetime.
